VCOMM pride themselves in being able to provide support services across their complete portfolio. From telephone support to engineer on-site (same day if required). VCOMM cover all pre-sales and deployment services in-house and partner with fully accredited third party maintenance partners to provide post sales, engineer on-site and break-fix capabilities.

Pre-Sales Consultancy

More often than not, if a partner engages with VCOMM in the early stages of a project, pre-sales consultancy services are offered free of charge on the basis that they will be included in the proposal produced after a successful POC (Proof Of Concept).

Advanced Replacement Services

VCOMM have developed an innovative service which provides Advanced Replacement capability for cards found to be faulty, lost or stolen in the field. If a client reports a card missing, our partners simply contact the VCOMM support desk and request a replacement unit from our pool. We will then ship out, to any destination, a replacement card with the correct credentials to ensure the end user can get up and running with his new device as quickly and securely as possible.

Installation Services

VCOMM provide on site engineering resources for all franchises sold on a per engineer, per day rate excluding travelling time and expenses. Please contact your VCOMM account manager for more details.

Technical Support Services

VCOMM are committed to resolving technical support queries as quickly as possible regardless of the SLA in place. If you are a partner working with us to prove a concept, rest assured that our support mechanism will provide you with the very highest quality of support available.

Maintenance Services

If you hold a maintenance contract with VCOMM, all maintenance issues are handled via our dedicated post sales support line 01635 232438. Please have your contract details and all associated information regarding the fault to hand when calling.
